I had a claim from a hit and run in the winter snow. I had to wait untill they opened to make a call. I called the office at 9 am and by 1030am acuity insurance was already calling for an explanation and checking to see if I was ok first and foremost. I received a call from Kayla,from the Sheboygan office. She also was very kind,nice and a pleasure to talk to. Very knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Smith was in contact with me within hours not days. It was a great to know that I chose Smith insurance from a referral, and it was nice to have a real person to talk to with total commitment to there jobs. I was treated like family,not like a number. I received a check in a week due to the communication with Smith and Kayla

Mike was my father’s business insurance agent and has been mine for nearly 20 years. He, and his son, Kevin, take care of all the coverages and weird stuff that pops up for our business, our properties, our employees, and all our personal needs as well. And we hit the occasional Packers game together!

He is very attentive to our needs and will work with our best interests in mind after learning what we need. Smith insurance is the embodiment of customer service and has earned my loyalty and business. Even though you see advertisements for other insurance companies, Smith insurance offers what the other companies don't...the ability to talk to a person who knows you and will do whatever it takes to file a claim and follow up with it. That is a great piece of mind knowing you can speak to someone when you really need them.

Smith Insurance has provided insurance coverage for both my personal and business needs since the late 90's. The detail work has proven to be unmatched. The response time for policy changes is spot on and immediate in nature. Mike has always been very acessible to address my needs.

On the few occasions claims had to be submitted, Mike has always been very involved and detail oriented.
