I had a claim from a hit and run in the winter snow. I had to wait untill they opened to make a call. I called the office at 9 am and by 1030am acuity insurance was already calling for an explanation and checking to see if I was ok first and foremost. I received a call from Kayla,from the Sheboygan office. She also was very kind,nice and a pleasure to talk to. Very knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Smith was in contact with me within hours not days. It was a great to know that I chose Smith insurance from a referral, and it was nice to have a real person to talk to with total commitment to there jobs. I was treated like family,not like a number.
